Project Overview
Jalintraksi is a creator monetization platform built to help creators earn from memberships, premium content, donations, and personalized audience experiences. The product combines creator pages, community support flows, and monetization tools into one platform designed to strengthen how creators build and sustain their fanbase.
Problem
Creators need more than a simple donation link to build sustainable income. They need recurring monetization, premium access control, customizable pages, and smooth support flows that work during high-traffic moments such as livestreams. Without an integrated platform, those experiences become fragmented across multiple tools and reduce monetization potential.
Solution
Jalintraksi was developed as an end-to-end platform for creator membership and support. The product brings together creator pages, premium and free content distribution, livestream monetization, personalization features, and audience-facing support tools in one system. The landing page positions the product around memberships, personalized creator experiences, creator pages, shortlinks, and zero platform fees on donations, while the application itself supports creators in managing their monetization flows at scale.
From the engineering side, the platform uses Next.js on the frontend with Java Spring Boot services on the backend, backed by MySQL for structured data management. The infrastructure evolved from GCP to AWS through Pulumi-based infrastructure management, which reduced operational cost significantly while keeping the platform scalable. On top of that, a containerized observability stack using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Node Exporter, and MySQL Exporter was deployed to improve monitoring and incident response.
Impact
The platform supports 500+ creators and handles more than 1,000 transactions per month across monetization flows. A tiered subscription system expanded the business beyond one-time transactions and increased recurring revenue from roughly IDR 1M to IDR 18M. The result is a stronger creator business model, better operational visibility, and a more reliable system for high-volume support and payment activity.
